About Us
We are a small grower based in Cornwall specialising in the production of this beautiful and diverse family of plants.
All plants are produced from either our own propagation or, for the newer varieties (i.e. those protected with Plant Varietal Rights) from licensed young plants .
We grow a wide range of both traditional and modern varieties and look to add new ones each year.
Royal Cornwall show 2024
We don't have a public nursery but we do open on various days throughout the year. (the dates are advertised on our social media). Visits are also very welcome by arrangement.
In Autumn and Spring, plants can be purchased via our webshop and collected from the Nursery.
During the summer we have a stall at Truro Farmers Market on Lemon Quay.
We will be attending a number of events in Cornwall during the year and will provide more details on our social media pages.
As many of our customers know, we had to temporarily close down our business in March 2025 until we could find an alternative site.
Cornish Chillies based just outside Grampound Road offered us a share of their site, which we began developing in Winter '25/'26.
It was a bit of a blank canvas, and a very muddy one at that. The wet winter delayed progress but we managed get up and running in the Spring.
After such a challenging year we have had to start things gradually to begin with but we aim to build up the range and stock over time.
