Description: 'Florentina' is a compact variety covered with double pink mophead flowers (in alkaline soils, blue in acid soils) and dark green leaves.

Flowering time: June to September

Foliage: Deciduous

Size: Height and spread 1m

Position: Requires partial or dappled shade and suitable for growing in pots and containers.

Soil: Moist, well drained.

Pruning: Little needed. Cutting stems back in winter will remove next seasons flower buds so best avoided. Can cut off dead flowers down to the next leaf buds.
