£20.00Price
Description: 'Glowing Embers' is a medium-sized variety. The flower buds open green, gradually turning pink from the petal tips to the centre, the colour deepening to a rich pink (in alkaline soils, purple in acid soils).
Flowering time: June to September
Foliage: Deciduous
Size: Height and spread 1.2m
Position: Prefers partial or dappled shade planted in a border with perennials and other shrubs.
Soil: Moist, well drained.
Pruning: Little needed. Cutting stems back in winter will remove next seasons flower buds so best avoided. Can cut off dead flowers down to the next leaf buds.
