Despatch.

We aim to despatch your order within 3 - 7 working days. It may be a little longer during busy periods. Most orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday to avoid being in transit over a weekend or bank holiday.

Packaging

We take care to package your plant well so it is protected during transit. It will be posted in a cardboard box and the pot will be wrapped in a recyclable bag to keep in the compost and moisture. There will also be a cane inside to protect the plant from moving around.

Delivery and Costs

We use Royal Mail or Parcelforce and only delivery currently to mainland UK addresses. The current costs, which include the courier and packaging are as follows:

Orders up to £50 - delivery cost is £9.95

Orders from £50 to £100 - delivery cost is £15.95

Orders over £100 up to £150 - delivery cost is £19.95​​​

Orders over £150 up to £250 - delivery cost is £24.95

Orders over £250 up to £400 - delivery cost is £34.95

Orders over £400 - delivery cost is £44.95
